Susie is a Veterinary Nurse based in New Plymouth, and she will collect your pet from home for transport to our purpose built Pet Crematorium.
For many years, Susie has taken care of animals and consoled people who have lost a pet. She understands how difficult this time is for you and your family.
She will take care of everything for you, including picking up your pet and preparing them for their final journey.

Pet loss can be an extremely emotional experience. Our goal is to help make a difficult time a little easier for you by providing a quality service tailored to your needs. You can be assured that your pet will be handled carefully throughout their journey home.
During our pet cremation process, we use specialised software. Your pet will be given a QR code that will be with them for the duration of their journey.
You will receive a certificate of validation as evidence that only the ashes of your pets are returned to you.

Ashes Returned
There is the option of either Personal home delivery or a specialist courier as it is an upmost importance that your pet is safely returned to you. (Please inquire the costs on these options).
