Sadly your pet has passed unexpectedly, what to do next?

Wrap your pet in something not too bulky to save space and keep very very cool! A freezer is the safest option but if not available use a chilly bin or chilly bag filled with ice. Bags of ice can purchased at the local petrol station or supermarket.
For large pets make a bed of ice, with ice bags wrapped in against the fur under towels.
If that is not possible your local vet may be able to help with storage until we collect
BUT be sure to call us ASAP so we can work immediately on a plan to help you in this stressful time x

Your pet is cared for by name and will be assigned a Truly Treasured identification number for internal reassurance with belongings from collection to delivery.
Ashes Returned
There is the option of either Personal home delivery or a specialist courier as it is an upmost importance that your pet is safely returned to you. (Please inquire the costs on these options).
Certificate
